Each buying and selling negotiation has its own particularities according to the buyer, seller or the property itself. PRESTIGE PROPERTIES' main objective is to find the best arrangement for the two parties. Agreement Buyer/Seller: A private contract is drawn up which binds and protects the two parties. You may choose the services of your own lawyer to draw up this contract or opt for a standard contract that we can provide adapted to buying and selling real estate. Upon signature of the private contract, the buyer pays an advance of 10% of the buying price. The validity of this contract is stipulated with a date limit before which signature of the official act will be made at the Notary. Upon signature of this act at the Notary and payment of the rest, the real estate becomes the property of the buyer. The official act (Escritura) is presented to the Property Registry and the inscription of the buyer as the new owner is requested.
