You want to sell your property?
You've come to the right place! You can contact us by telephone, fax or e-mail or just pass by our office in the centre of Ibiza town.
We can make an appointment to visit your real estate, we'll take down all the details and make photos.
If you wish, we can compile an expose of your property in 4 languages, register it on our online database or on all our other partnering websites: in certain cases we can place them in our window showcase and include them in our Press promotions.
PRESTIGE PROPERTIES has one of the largest bases of local data on internet, well noted for its daily updating … If you wish, we can let you know about every visit made to your property in order for us to form a sales strategy together.
You want to buy a property?
You're still at the right place! You can have a preview of what we have on offer by visiting our website which is updated daily. For further information, we can send you a description of the properties of interest by e-mail.
In particular do not hesitate to let us know the details of your dream property as not all the products we have for sale are on the website. Or of course just pass by and see us at our agency.
We can research together all the properties that may be of interest and make an appointment to visit them. It is quite possible that you won't find what you're looking for straightaway so we'll then be able to let you know of every new product coming in. You'll also have the possibility to subscribe to our NEWSLETTER in order to be informed of what's new.
Each buying and selling negotiation has its own particularities according to the buyer, seller or the property itself. PRESTIGE PROPERTIES' main objective is to find the best arrangement for the two parties.
A private contract is drawn up which binds and protects the two parties. You may choose the services of your own lawyer to draw up this contract or opt for a standard contract that we can provide adapted to buying and selling real estate.
Upon signature of the private contract, the buyer pays an advance of 10% of the buying price. The validity of this contract is stipulated with a date limit before which signature of the official act will be made at the Notary. Upon signature of this act at the Notary and payment of the rest, the real estate becomes the property of the buyer.
The official act (Escritura) is presented to the Property Registry and the inscription of the buyer as the new owner is requested.
